01. Definitions

04. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

07. Gameplay Rules

All games available on ph3456 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. General gameplay conditions include:

• All game outcomes on ph3456 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• ph3456 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player rate, or winning result for any game session.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph3456 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

ph3456's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph3456 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Responsible Gaming

ph3456 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings panel.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player without valid cause.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a court or regulatory order.

Upon account closure, ph3456 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and security checks.

Players may also voluntarily close their ph3456 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph3456, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to regulatory compliance or licensing matters, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels. ph3456 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player complaints.

Nothing in this clause limits ph3456's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
